If you are driving, please SLOW DOWN!!! Aggressive driving put lives and property at risk.
Please do NOT double-park and always be courteous. Leave space for others to navigate.
Don't pile snow in the middle of the street. This impedes emergency vehicles that may be enroute to YOUR house!
Shovel and salt your walkway to prevent slips, trips and falls, and possible legal jeopardy.
Be a good neighbor. Assist the elderly and other restricted neighbors who may have difficulty during periods of inclement weather.
And finally, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE OBSTACLES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY! Chairs, cones, furniture, and other objects placed in the street to "reserve" parking spaces, IS ILLEGAL! Not only will these items be confiscated, but the homeowner may also be subject to a citation. Please feel free to submit a 311 Service Request for "Debris Removal" from the roadway

We are the residents of this great community who have elected to make things happen.
No fame! No glory! Simply proactive volunteers who have decided that our neighborhood is important and worth the effort of staying involved.
To say that we have conquered everything would be untrue. But we HAVE made great strides, and we are very proud of the direction in which we are going.
Further progress is planned for 2022! Get Involved!
PLEASE JOIN US... WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU ON OUR TEAM.
We think you will be pleasantly surprised by our short list of accomplishments, particularly during a year of pandemic uncertainty. Quite impressive, we think!

As per the 2020 census, population loss in Baltimore City was detrimental in the redrawing of congressional and legislative districts. This redistricting redraw directly affects the Loch Raven community by now separating our neighborhood into two districts - district 43A to the WEST of Hillen Road, and district 45 (new to us) to the EAST of Hillen Road.
Please be advised that this separation of districts does NOT separate the structure of the Loch Raven Improvement Association. We are still one united neighborhood, but simply effective January 2023, will be represented by multiple State senators and delegates. Loch Raven looks forward to working with our elected representatives from both districts.
