Our Mission
We are dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community by promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents. Our goal is to foster a strong sense of community and enhance the value of our neighborhood.
The LRIA is continuously seeking volunteers to join our team, individuals of whom share a common set of core values whereas all residents can interact harmoniously with one another and enjoy a quality of life that can be reasonably expected for many generations to come.
Executive Board
Our Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving the best interests of our community. We work tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhood remains a great place to live.
Emphasis on the continuity of essential city services and representation by elected officials is paramount to the health and vitality of Loch Raven.
Civic & Community Matters
The LRIA encourages residents to maintain compliance in all matters related to public safety, housing and community development, zoning, sanitation, transportation, and the environment.
We host a variety of events throughout the year, including holiday gatherings, block parties, fundraising, beautification, and community clean-up days. These events provide opportunities for neighbors to connect and build lasting friendships, while keeping our neighborhood stable and strong.

Benefits of Membership
Resident participation on any one of our available committees is highly encouraged to maintain and continue the longevity of our mission.
Membership in our community comes with a variety of benefits, including input on community issues and exclusive invitations to events and volunteer opportunities.
Membership Fees
Annual membership dues are voluntary, but highly encouraged to help maintain the integrity and value of the Loch Raven community. Annual dues contributions of $20 per household, helps to offset miscellaneous operating expenses and fund multiple community projects and events.
